Solution:

As We Know that 

1 m = 100 Cm

So, Conversation Factor is Determined from Question that is (10).

Now,

Dividing Both sides with Factor 10 

1 m/10 = 100 Cm /10 

After Calculating I get 

0.1 m = 10 Cm .

Hence Canclusion
